Body color
Rnd1: 6 sc in mr (6)
Rnd2: (inc), repeat 6 times. (12)
Rnd3: (inc, 1 sc) repeat 6 times. (18)
Rnd4: (inc, 2 sc) repeat 6 times. (24)
Rnd5: (inc, 3 sc) repeat 6 times. (30)
Rnd6 - 12: 1 sc in every st around. (30)
Rnd13: (invdec, 3 sc) repeat 6 times. (24)
For Twerky place eyes between rounds 8 and 9, 5-6 st apart.
Rnd14: invdec, repeat 12 times (12)
Begin stuffing
Rnd15: invdec, repeat 6 times (6)
Fasten off. Leave a long tail for closing hole and shaping booty. Close hole by sewing into front loops only with tail. Pull tight.
Making the booty: Using the same tail. Insert needle through center hole at Rnd15 and bring out center back at Rnd9. Make line with the yarn insert needle back in center hole at Rnd15. Bring needle through Rnd9 pull yarn tail tightly. Repeat for more definition. Knot and fasten off. Weave tail in.
Beak color
Rnd1: 6 sc in mr (6)
Rnd2: 1 sc in every st around. (6)
Fasten off and leave tail for sewing. Stuff lightly. Place beak between Rnd 8-11 on the front of Twerky. Arrange evenly between eyes and sew into place.
Wattle color
Ch 4, hdc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next ch, slp in last ch st.
Fasten off and leave tail for sewing. Sew wattle to the side of beak.
Feather color ~ 1 red and 2 orange
Row1: Ch 7 (7)
Row2: 1 hdc in the 2nd ch from hook, 1 hdc in each of the next 4 ch spaces, 3 hdc in last st. (8)
Row3: Now working on the other side of ch, 1 hdc in next 5 ch spaces. Slp to the first hdc on row 2. (13)
Fasten off and leave tail for sewing.
Arrange feathers evenly to the back of Twerky and sew into place.
Use pink embroidery floss to add cheek next to eyes. For the hair tuffs cut 3-4 strands of yellow yarn, 4in long, and then loop them to the top of the body. Trim them to the size you would like and use a yarn needle to separate the strands.
Body color
Row1: Ch 10. slp in the 2nd ch from hook, sc in next ch, slp in next ch, skip 2 chs, slp in next ch. sc in next 2 chs, hdc in last ch st. Fasten off and leave tail for sewing. Arrange so the wings are both even on top of the body. Sew into place.

Fasten off. Close hole by sewing into front loops only with tail. Pull tight. Arrange so the legs are both even at the bottom of the body. Sew into place.

Follow the directions for Roasted Tooshie body, legs, and wings to make the Friends Turkey.

Sunglasses
Cut out glasses outline with orange felt. Cut out lens shape with yellow felt. Glue lenses to the front of the glasses and stitch to the front of Turkey’s body.
